Graphite based finish

Graphite (carbon) finishing coating is a high-strength conductive material. The coating is designed to protect effectively against the harmful environmental influence on the equipment of push-button keyboards (it is applied to landing areas). As it is a contact coating it can be combined with other finishing coatings, for example, with hot tinning HASL or ENIG (immersion gold).

It is durable, affordable, free from oxidation, has high chemical and contact resistance (2−6 Ohms). In addition, carbon has a wide operating temperature range.
— Remote control devices
— Radio sets and radars
— Calculators and PC hardware
— Electronic toys and educational equipment
In case of serial production of printed circuit boards, the carbon coating is applied using a special silk screen printing method.

There is the possibility of a printer to create a protective layer when producing prototypes.
— Carbon is a noble metal.
— Simplicity and low cost of the production process
— High corrosion resistance to O2, SO2, NOx, Cl- and other gases.
— It is not susceptible to moisture.
— Durable and safe.
