Printed circuit board (PCB) shipments for Apple products will continue to grow in 2024

The number of printed circuit board (PCB) shipments for consumer electronics products will continue to grow in 2024 due to increased demand associated with the launch of the iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Pro series.

Apple is expected to release a number of new products through spring 2024, including the iPad mini 7 and M3-equipped Macs.

Despite a downturn in shipments in the first half of 2023, the second half shows a recovery trend. The number of personal electronics PCB shipments declined in the first half of 2023 (January through June) due to sluggish home electronics sales. However, there is a recovery trend in the second half of 2023 (July through December). Undoubtedly, the release of the iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Pro had a positive impact on the growth of PCB shipments.

Apple's new products to be released in spring 2024 include iPad mini 7, iPad Air (6th generation), iPad (11th generation), MacBook Air with M3 processor, 13-inch MacBook Pro, new 24-inch iMac, etc. The supply of PCBs for Apple products is expected to remain stable.
