Wirepas Click board - add a 2.4 GHz radio with mesh communication capability using the WIRL-PRO2 Thetis-I module

The module provides data rates up to 1 Mbps and is driven by a Nordic Semi nRF52840 system-on-a-chip with one 32-bit Arm Cortex-M4 core, 256 KB of static SRAM (SRAM) and 1 MB of flash memory.

It provides reliable and secure data transmission in the license-free 2.4 GHz band, which includes authentication and encryption mechanisms. The WIRL-PRO2 Thetis-I module has small dimensions comparable to the size of a nano-SIM card (8 x 12 mm), including a built-in printed antenna, which allows it to be used in small-sized designs.

The module operates in the 2402 to 2480 MHz frequency range with data rates up to 1 Mbps. It is based on the nRF52840, a 32-bit ARM Cortex-M4 microcontroller from Nordic Semiconductor. It comes with 1 MB of flash memory and 256 KB of RAM. It also features an intelligently configured antenna (2-in-1 module) that provides transmit power up to +6 dBm and sensitivity up to -92 dBm.
