Banana Pi BPI-WIFI6 Mini is a dual-port board

Banana Pi has released a new BPI-WIFI6 Mini single board computer with Wi-Fi 6 and a cellular modem slot.

The compact Wi-Fi 6 router board is designed for cost-effective networking projects. It supports IEEE 802.11ax and backward compatibility with 802.11a/b/g/n/ac protocols, providing high speeds up to 3 Gbps.

The BPI-WIFI6 Mini is based on the Triductor TR6560 system-on-chip and features two Arm Cortex-A9 cores, 128 MB of DDR3 memory and 128 MB of SPI flash memory. The focus is on network performance with low power consumption and affordable price.

The board uses Triductor's TR5220 Wi-Fi chip for dual-band Wi-Fi 6 connectivity with 2.4GHz and 5GHz antenna slots. There's also a nano SIM slot for a cellular modem and a USB 3.0 Host port for expanded capabilities. Power is supplied via a USB Type-C connector.

The BPI-WIFI6 is available for order from the Banana Pi store on AliExpress for $29.60, which is 25 percent less than the planned retail price of $39.47
